### Is the work remote?
Yes. You work remotely from anywhere in the US, and some client meetings are in person.
### What happens after I apply?
We review every application. If it looks like a fit, the next steps are a screening call, an interview with Gary Boyle and Josh Peterson, a working exercise, reference checks and a paid trial engagement.
### How do new consultants get started?
You learn the Vision methodology and the Vision app, shadow a BMK consultant, co-deliver an engagement, then run engagements on your own while BMK reviews the work.
