Bering McKinley (BMK), an MSP industry consulting firm performs rolling surveys of MSP and ITSP business behavior, attitudes, and preferences.  These surveys are centered around tool stack decisions, perception of vendors, salary to staff, revenue, key revenue breakdown, headcount, type of headcount, and more.  The survey is sent to more than 1,000 MSPs with a guaranteed response of 300 respondents. The BMK Survey is built and managed by a third-party professional statistician using leading reporting tools.

About the Survey

The BMK Survey measures MSP, ITSP, and internal technical department attitudes, opinions, and preferences for software tools in 8 categories: accounting, process automation, professional service automation, remote monitoring and management, documentation, payment enablement, security providers, and potentially more.  The goal is a minimum of 300 respondents.  Our Marketing of this survey and your help should push that to 1000 respondents.

Professional Researcher

A third-party vendor, Lisa Wellington, will conduct the research.  Lisa is an alumnus of Coca-Cola Corporate in their market research arena and a professor at Colorado State University.  She is responsible for creating the survey questions, applying statistical validation techniques, and assembling the results.  BMK will have access to the data but will not be synthesizing the data into outcomes.
