Bering McKinley Appoints New CTO to Bolster Technological Innovation in the Next Stage of Growth

Chicago, IL, Oct. 27, 2022—BERING MCKINLEY (BMK), a business consulting firm that helps managed service providers (MSPs) and managed print partners around the globe find a path to profitability has been actively expanding its leadership team – and today announced that Will Young has been promoted to the executive team as Chief Technology Officer. Young brings to the team deep technical experience – with a background in technology automation, ConnectWise architectural expertise, and Service and NOC management.

Young has overseen the development and consulting of Bering McKinley’s ConnectWise Automate and Service Management programs for the past three years. With 15 years of service delivery experience, he has built and run service departments both as an employee and a consultant. With a strong desire for continued knowledge and new challenges, Young participates in industry groups and is always looking for new ways to use technology to solve problems faster.

“Bering McKinley has a great culture with an aptitude for bringing in bright and talented consultants,” says Young. He continues, “In this role, I plan to dedicate my time to helping our partners navigate the ever-changing landscape of vendor tools and building strategic channel partnerships that bolster our client’s service delivery. Ultimately my role is to provide programs that unlock our client’s capacity to deliver a more relevant customer experience through the combined use of technology and Bering McKinley proprietary best practices.”

Young has been the driving force behind the newly created Bering McKinley Technology Partner Program, providing BMK partners with vendor tools tutorials, playbooks, and discounts. Young will play a more predominant role in leading the Bering McKinley Service consulting, self-service, and managed technology tools programs.
